Each week of the 21 Day Anxiety Reset focuses on a specific type of mom anxiety: the anxiety you hold in your body, the anxiety that shows up in your mind & thoughts, and the way anxiety impacts your self-esteem and the view you have of yourself.  

Week One: Calm Your Body

In the first week of the Anxiety Reset, you will learn 7 effective coping habits that calm your body in moments of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. Each skill takes 30-seconds or less to practice and I give you suggestions for fitting the skill into your everyday routines.

Week Two: Soothe Your Mind

During the second week of the Anxiety Reset, you’ll learn 7 proven skills to relieve your anxious thoughts. Every method fits right into your everyday routine and does not require extensive time - most take 30-seconds or less. I’ll teach you exactly what to do & when to do it.

Week Three: Generate Self-Compassion

The final week of the Anxiety Reset teaches you 7 exercises to boost your self-esteem, embody your worthiness, and recognize the amazing parts of yourself. Far too often, moms with anxiety struggle to feel good about themselves as women and mothers. That kind of thinking ends here; it’s time you see the good you offer yourself, your family, and your community without the foggy glasses anxiety provides.

The goal of this Reset is to find the skills that work best for you. For some women, all 21-skills are helpful and effective. Others will find skills they enjoy & skills they would rather not use. Either outcomes is a success. Managing stress and anxiety is about knowing what works and what does not work for you. You will exit the 21-Day Reset with the toolbox of tools that work for you + know exactly how and when to use the.

How do I access the 21-Day Anxiety Reset?

The next cohort of the 21-Day Reset begins on Galentine’s Day (February 13th). The day before it begins, you will receive an email notification that includes all of the instructions and materials for the Reset. 

Then, each day for 21 days, you will receive an email that teaches you to use the Coping Habit of the Day and walks you through the process of integrating it into your daily life without any extensive time or work on your part.
